Netflix – how to cancel or change your plan (guide)
You can cancel Netflix or change your plan at any time on netflix.com, under Account. After you cancel, you can keep watching until the end of the billing period.

- Sign in on netflix.com in a web browser.
- Open the profile menu and choose Account.
- To change your plan, choose Change plan, pick a plan and confirm.
- To cancel, choose Cancel membership and confirm. Netflix shows the date your access ends.
If it does not work
If you pay through a partner, such as your phone or TV provider, or through an app store, cancel or change the plan there.
Cannot find the option? Use a web browser instead of the TV app, which does not show all account settings.

Netflix generally does not refund part of a month: your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. The official Netflix Help Center has the details for your country.
